Interesting article, note to discuss. all the structures are replications in one way or another of current models, at the end global coverage means some sort of centralized organizations. I wonder if FOSS ERP is an opportunity for a loosely couple organization. Hundreds of small cells (companies) distributed by geography or/and industry and grouped by some set of peer based, loosely rules. Just food for thought
Ramiro,what you point out is an important point of the idea, we just want a central minimum structure that takes care of legal issues as IP, central brand,etc... Other structure is organize with hopefully hundreds of smaller companies( OI's) worldwide peer organize.
I encourage you to add this and other comments to the idea, so all of us can improve it.
