Hi Red1,
almost everything on the wiki, expect the contents of LocalSettings.php, can be change by editing the right page. You can find an overview of all system messages(includes also the sidebar) on Special:AllMessages, if you want to change the sidebar you just edit Mediawiki:Sidebar. --Goanookie 10:25, 29 September 2006 (BST)
