A High Performance Organization (HPO) model is the operational model of an organization characterized by its productivity and competitive competences put to work with the incorporation of Information Systems. ADempiere seems to lend itself in a very natural way to achieving these goals because of its business process focus and performance management view of the traditional financial suite of applications. When an organization decides for implementing ADempiere, the organization will be focusing, not on setting an Information System in place, but on deploying a High Performance Organization in place. This implies working out the methodology blending so that becoming a High Performance Organization is not seen as a separate project but as the same, sole project of implementing ADempiere.
