This Wiki is read-only for reference purposes to avoid broken links.

1. This is the wiki of a Free and Open Source Software project that is based on community. It is not for conduct of any commercial activity or business advertising.
2. No deletion of any wiki page link is allowed.
3. Creation of own user page is encouraged to build a profile of user's background and expertise. Limited advertising is allowed within own user page.
4. Building content for own locale of country is highly encouraged.
5. Any discussion can be made at the Talk tab of the page concerned.
6. Users who registered have to be active in general elections of committees. They are also encouraged to be active in reviewing and building content of their respective areas and locales.
